My name’s Melissa. My last name is technically Bird-BIrd in English translation… so we’ll just shorten it to “Bird” for the purposes of this blog… and tack my nickname – Missy – onto the front-end.
That’s how the blog title “MissyBird” came about.
Who am I? Well, I’m from Seattle. Born here, moved all about and now back again. I’m in my later mid-twenties (if that’s muddled to you, it’s intentional ;o) and have begun in the past few years to really focus on “finding myself.”
I try now not to reveal my age outright on the web. Or in person for that matter, unless I know you and either a) like you or b) feel like you’ll find out anyway.
I hate eggs, mayonnaise, and cottage cheese. I’m allergic to genetically-modified or -engineered corn. (deathly allergic — anaphylactic shock ensues)
I love my family, friends, and creativity.
